Product Information & Condition

  • Vintage and secondhand items may show signs of wear consistent with age and use.

  • Upcycled and custom items are handmade and may include natural variations that are part of their character.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at checkout.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received in full.

Final Sale Items

  • All vintage, secondhand, sale, and discounted items are final sale.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for upcycled or custom items (see Refund Policy for full details).

Limitation of Liability

Feral Friends Co. is not liable for:

  • Lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession
