Feral Friends Co. specializes in vintage, secondhand, upcycled, and custom-made pieces. Because of the nature of these items, our policies differ from conventional retail.

Vintage & Secondhand Items

All vintage and secondhand items are final sale.

These pieces are pre-loved and may show natural signs of wear consistent with age and use. We carefully inspect each item, note any significant flaws, and provide measurements to help you shop with confidence.

If you have questions about fit, condition, or details, we strongly encourage reaching out before purchasing. If an issue arises after delivery, please contact us — we’re always happy to help clarify or problem-solve when possible.

Upcycled by Feral Pieces

Upcycled by Feral pieces are created using vintage and secondhand garments and materials. Each piece is one-of-one or made in very small batches.

  • Upcycled items are considered final sale

  • If there is a concern related to construction, wearability, or a discrepancy from the original listing, please email us within 5 days of delivery

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a repair, exchange, or store credit when appropriate.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed on custom orders

  • If there is a concern with fit, construction, or execution, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

When possible, we may offer adjustments, alterations, or store credit depending on the circumstances. Our priority is delivering a piece that feels wearable, functional, and aligned with what was agreed upon during the custom process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Additional Notes

  • Sale items are final sale

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping when applicable
