Upcycled and custom pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at purchase or via email

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Feral Friends Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery errors once the package has shipped

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Feral Friends Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when possible
