  • Upcycled and custom pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at purchase or via email

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and selected shipping method

  • We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and location

  • Feral Friends Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery errors once the package has shipped

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available on select items

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes

  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Feral Friends Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when possible

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout

  • Feral Friends Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

We reuse and recycle shipping materials whenever possible as part of our commitment to sustainability. Your order may arrive in reused or recycled packaging — same care, lower impact.
